This was also done for educational practise. Working on water reflections, hair, and the same old colouring process and so forth.

In that case, here’s something that I drew. It happens to be David Bowie who is glorious (in case you didn’t know something that everyone should know).

As a break away from more stressful work, I thought I’d do something I’ve wanting to try for a while now; a movie poster for a fictional film about David Bowie, starring Tilda Swinton (I do not care if she is female, she embodies Bowie to me, and Cate Blanchett proved in I’m Not There that a good enough actor can play any gender).
Not much else to say about it. The title I chose, “Something More Than Human”, comes from a quote from the Thin White Duke, and the casting at the top is really just a role call of actors I’ve got my eye on at the moment. Couldn’t think of any specific roles for a movie about Bowie’s life, so I thought it would just be best to pick a few random people I love.

I’m still not entirely happy with the way the Alladin Sane makeup turned out, but ah well. I’m too tired to go back to working on it now.
